Day 1 30/10/2013 Nairobi, Kenya

Day 2 31/10/2013 Nairobi, Kenya - Samburu Game Reserve

Drive for approximately six hours northwards via Nanyuki and Mt Kenya, across the Equator and onto the Samburu National Reserve. Rugged and remote, this wildlife reserve provides some the best and most colourful game viewing in the country. Lunch shall be taken en-route, arriving in Samburu for a leisurely afternoon game drive into camp.

Day 3 01/11/2013 Samburu Game Reserve

Full day of game-viewing in the Samburu Game Reserve. Samburu is home to six special big game species rarely seen elsewhere: Grevy's Zebra, Reticulated Giraffe, Somali Ostrich, Gerenuk, Guenther's Dik-Dik and Beisa Oryx.
Opportunity to learn about Samburu tribal culture.

Fly to Mbweha Camp arriving in time for a late lunch and leisurely afternoon activity.

Day 7 05/11/2013 Lake Nakuru National Park

Day spent in Lake Nakuru National Park, home to the "greatest bird spectacle in the world". This internationally recognized catch phrase that was actually coined in 1960 by one of our  first safari guests, American author, and Audubon Society naturalist, Roger Tory Peterson.

Day 8 06/11/2013 Lake Nakuru National Park - Masai Mara Game Reserve

A six hour drive, with picnic lunch en-route, via The Great Rift Valley and Narok to the Masai Mara National Reserve offering wonderful volcanic scenery, rolling grasslands and plenty of big game.

Day 9 07/11/2013 Masai Mara Game Reserve

Full day of game-viewing in the Masai Mara. The Mara/Serengeti eco-system is perhaps the only region left in Africa where the visitor may see animals in excess of the super-abundance as existed a century ago.

Day 12 10/11/2013 Masai Mara Game Reserve - Nairobi, Kenya

1100/1215 hrs Fly Mara to Nairobi. After an early morning game drive you shall be transferred to the nearby airstrip for your one hour flight back to Nairobi.


Wilson arrival transfer by private vehicle.
Day room at Panari Hotel.
Lunch at the Pampa Grill.
JKIA departure transfer for onward flight.
