"It was like living in a NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC special".

"Jan and James ran the wonder trip! There is everything to love about Africa, Kenya, the trip. It was marvelous!"
Julie Marsland

"We always had either Jan or James in our vehicle with us. Along with the Preston and Henry, they shared so much information with us. It made the trip more than just sight seeing. It was a true adventure in learning! Whenever I watch a special about animals in the wild I've wondered how the pictures and video footage could capture the action without be intrusive into the animals' activities. Well, in the game preserves of Kenya the wildlife is so accustomed to and unthreatened by the presence of the safari vehicles that they simply ignore people in the Land Rovers. It's like we were just another rock or tree, and that is what allowed us to have the "Wild Kingdom" experience first hand, with only ordinary photographic equipment to record it".

"We never thought we would see such a variety of animals and so close. Made no difference as to whether they were "ferocious" animals like lions, leopards, hippos, or cheetahs or beautiful birds -- we got to see them up close. I had hoped to see the wildebeest migration and we sure did. Wow. Then, the highlight was the two afternoon kills by the lions. We just never imagined we would see that and all the tactics the lioness used. Incredible and unforgettable."

"Each bush drive was an adventure as we observed something "exciting" and different each time we went out. Not only did we see the animals, but had time to see them interact with the environment and each other. Our safari mates, including the guides, turned out to be so fun and compatible that it added that extra dimension to our experience."

"Jan and James ran a wonder trip. Their expertise and information that they gave us, as well as our wonder guides made it about as good a trip as it could be. Starting with the wakeup with tea and cookies, the picnic breakfasts out in the Kenya foothills each day. Enough time to relax between the morning trip, lunch break, (and food was wonderful), and the afternoon which brought us new surprises every day!"
Julie Marsland

"Loved it! We're ready to go back when possible. Great food, great people, wonderful drivers and the animals, of course, were magnificent. We've talked with others who've visited Africa and no one got to see nearly as much as we did. We'll only do Africa again with Jan and James."
